Currently I have a research team with two members.
Emir was hired as a postdoctoral researcher on the research project Increasing Engagement with Retirement Through Personalized Communication. Within this project he uses his psychological background to gain understanding about the relationships between several psychological characteristics of people and preferences for ways in which to communicate information, with the final goal of creating personalized communication regarding retirement catered to individual pension plan savers’ preferences.
Steffi’s PhD research focusses on understanding how team dynamics influence team outcomes. She measures various aspects of how team members interact with each other through sociometric badges developed at the MIT Human Dynamics Group. The eventual goal is using the resulting data to understand which types of interactions benefit team outcome under which conditions and using this information to create automated coaching.
